Abstract

To assess the reliability of the equipment of railway automatics and telemechanics (ATC) maintains a continuous monitoring of the actual intensity of their denials. In practice, however, requires the evaluation of residual resources of ATC (stretch or stations). For this purpose it is suggested that the actual failure rate of ATC as a random variable and using the instant its values on the object, construct a regression correlation, describing its trend over time. Time interval from the moment of observation before crossing trend line with a valid value of the failure rate can be taken for assessment of residual resource of the ATC.
